La Dolce Piccola Gelateria - Rancho Mirage CA

Interior tenant fit-out to an existing shell building (300 sqft) and my role was to prepare the permit/construction drawings. Initially the client wanted to do a 100% pre-packaged facility (see sketches included) but later changed the scope to a full retail gelato store.
